Wingfoil · SABFOIL
The toeside 360 is a complete 360° rotation carved out while you stay flying on the foil the whole time — no jump, no touchdown. SABFOIL pro rider Riccardo Zorzi demonstrates it on Lake Garda: enter toeside with speed, carve into the rotation, pass through the 180° point with the wing depowered overhead, then re-engage and exit still flying. Riding the whole spin from your toes is what makes this an expert level manoeuvre.
Get genuinely comfortable riding toeside at speed first — the rotation exposes every weakness in your toeside stance
Enter with more speed than a heelside 360: the toeside edge bleeds momentum faster through the carve
At the 180° point the wing is neutral above you — keep it depowered and let foil momentum carry the second half
Keep pressure on the toes and the foil at a constant medium height; dropping the heels mid-spin is what causes most touchdowns
