Wingfoil · Duotone Wing Academy
The gliding 360 is a rotation completed entirely on foil momentum without any wing assistance. You depower the wing, then rotate a full 360° using the foil's speed and your body rotation alone. It's a pure demonstration of foil control and one of the cleanest-looking freestyle tricks when done smoothly at height.
Enter fast — all your rotational energy comes from the approach speed; you get none from the wing
As you depower the wing, simultaneously initiate the rotation with your head and shoulders
Keep the foil flying at medium height throughout — too high and you're unstable, too low and you touch down
The landing is the hardest part — re-engage the wing smoothly without jerking as you return to forward position
