In the frontside 360 bodyspin, your body rotates 360° while the wing stays relatively fixed — you're spinning around the wing rather than taking the wing with you. This is a more advanced and stylistically different 360 variant that requires independent body rotation and precise grip management during the spin.
The key difference from a standard 360: your hands release and re-grip the wing during the body rotation
The body spin is initiated by throwing your hips; the wing follows your grip
Timing the re-grip is critical — too late and you land without wing power
Start from a solid standard 360 base — you need the airtime and air awareness already dialled in
