Posada
Spiaggia Sa Petra Ruja, Siniscola, Italy

Posada is a 900 metre white sand beach north of Siniscola on Sardinia's northeast coast, backed by a fragrant pine forest. A wingfoil school operates directly on the beach (Nido), drawing riders who appreciate the wide open bay and consistent summer thermals. Mistral from the northwest and Scirocco from the southeast deliver reliable wind across the season. The striking reddish granite rocks that frame the bay give the spot its name — red stone.

Local tips
The pine forest provides welcome shade during the midday heat. Wind picks up reliably in early afternoon from June through September. Sea is shallow and sandy: forgiving for foil crashes.
