Porto Pollo sits at the northern tip of Sardinia, wedged between two bays that funnel the Mistral into something remarkably consistent. Flat water on one side, chop on the other — you pick your session. It's been a windsurf institution for decades, and the wingfoil crowd has well and truly arrived. Reliable wind, warm water, good infrastructure. Hard to argue with that.
