Best months: May, June, July, August, September, October
Wind directions: SE, NE, E
Water: Flat, Chop
Bottom: Sand

Local tips
Wind picks up thermally in the afternoon, with the best sessions running from noon onward. Park at Camping L'Ultima Spiaggia just south of the beach. Sportsparadise school operates on site with rental gear. When Scirocco or Grecale come in the water stays flat and sessions run long. The spot is largely off the tourist circuit, so expect it uncrowded even in July and August.
