Local tips
Arrive before 10am to catch the spot before the thermal builds and it fills up. Afternoon winds peak between 15 and 25 knots from the northwest. Shallow water makes self rescue easy and forgiving. Parking is available along the access road to the lagoon. Watch for swimmers near the entry zone in peak summer months.
