Stintino

L'Approdo is a sheltered beach near Stintino in the Gulf of Asinara on Sardinia's northwest tip. The Mistral blows reliably from the northwest along this stretch of coastline between late spring and early autumn, giving wingfoilers steady side shore to side onshore conditions in a sandy bay protected by the Stintino peninsula. Still relatively undiscovered compared to the famous Porto Pollo further east — a gem worth adding to your Sardinia rotation.
