Kos – Mastichari

A long, wide, sandy beach in a quiet fishing village on the north coast of Kos. Northwest Meltemi arrives at 15 to 25 knots side shore from June through October. The water is flat and the sandy bottom shelves gently, making it one of the most family-friendly spots on the island. Ferry connections to Kalymnos run from the village. Quieter atmosphere than Marmari, same wind, more space to yourself.
