Sant'Amanza is a wide sandy bay east of Bonifacio framed by limestone cliffs and granite rocks. Southwest and west winds accelerate as they funnel through the surrounding mountains, creating powered conditions with flat water near shore and increasing chop further out. A step up from the Piantarella lagoon — more open, more committed, more rewarding for wingfoilers who want variety. Sessions can be intense when the Libeccio is running strong.

Local tips
