Algajola

Plage d'Aregno is a wide kilometre-long sandy beach on the northwest Corsica coast in the Balagne region between Algajola and L'Ile Rousse. Facing west and northwest and perfectly oriented for the reliable afternoon thermals and Tramontane gusts that make Balagne one of the windiest corners of northern Corsica. Shallow sandy water near shore creates a forgiving launch zone for beginners, with the open bay giving intermediate riders room to build speed and practice foiling.
