Local tips
La Perroche is the most popular launch and gets crowded on summer weekends. For flat water go east to Plaisance Beach or Boyardville at low tide. Les Huttes on the northwest tip delivers the best swell but also the strongest gusts. La Passe des Soeurs near Vertbois is a local gem for lessons and stays uncrowded.
