La Tonnara

La Tonnara sits on the Gulf of Ventilègne northwest of Bonifacio, inside the Bouches de Bonifacio nature reserve. Deep open water and consistent westerly winds make this one of the most reliable wingfoil spots in southern Corsica. The Mistral and Libeccio accelerate through the strait, producing powered conditions with chop and occasional swell. A Casa Glisse runs a wingfoil school directly on the beach. Best for confident intermediate and advanced riders seeking real open water sessions.
