Best months: April, May, June, July, August, September, October
Wind directions: SE, S, SW
Water: Flat, Chop
Bottom: Sand

Local tips
The wind accelerates over the dam and can be gusty directly behind it — head out 200 m to find cleaner, steadier breeze. There is a windsurf and wingfoil school and rental shops in the car park. Very busy on summer weekends.
