Yes, the beach clubs are packed and the rosé is flowing, but Bloemendaal and Zandvoort also catche excellent cross-shore wind across one of the widest uninterrupted sand stretches in North Holland. The dunes funnel the SW–NW window beautifully. Sessions here have a great energy: you're ripping past Woodstock on the Beach while day-trippers watch slack-jawed. Not for lovers of solitude, but absolutely worth it.

Kite zone clearly marked away from swimmers — security patrols in summer. Best windward launch from the southern end of the beach. Congested parking: arrive early.
